Fibonacci Circles

#What you see

Each circle has a centre and an anchor point. The ring labelled 1 passes exactly through the anchor; every other ring is the same shape scaled by its coefficient, from 0.236 to 11.09. A dashed grey trendline joins centre and anchor. Because time and price have different units, the rings are ellipses on screen and change shape when you zoom one axis.

#How it is computed

With centre (t0, p0) and the anchor Δt and Δp away from it, a point (t, p) lies on ring L when ((t − t0) / Δt)² + ((p − p0) / Δp)² = 2·L².

In Auto mode the indicator finds swing highs and lows on closed candles. Reversal mode confirms a high once price has fallen Min. Swing % below it (lows the other way round); Pivot Range Mode uses classic pivot highs and lows. Each confirmed swing becomes the centre of a new circle whose 1 ring runs through the previous swing. The dashed pending circle belongs to the swing still forming and follows the live price.

Time Anchors add circles for every UTC day, from the first to the last candle of each window, at their highs, lows or both.

#Reading it

Circles that span more time are drawn thicker. Hover a ring to highlight its circle; right-click it to pin a box with the centre and, for each visible ring, a time with the ring's upper and lower price at that time. Right-click again to release it. While the settings are open, a side panel shows a histogram of the circles' price radii.

Parallel Paths adds Path 2 and Path 3 with their own swing settings, and Parallel Depth connects each new swing to several earlier ones. The Levels section sets each ring's visibility, colour and line width.

#Settings

Open the settings with the slider icon next to the indicator (Indicators, F3). Numeric settings can be swept as Step 1 / Step 2 parameters when you run a strategy.
