# ChartRider > ChartRider is a web app for live crypto charts with orderflow data, paper trading with play money, free trading competitions and strategy backtesting. Strategies are built with the Trade Setup (no code) or written in WickScript, ChartRider's own scripting language for indicators and strategies. These docs are generated from the ChartRider source code on every release, so settings, defaults, indicator outputs and the WickScript reference always match the app. Every page is available as HTML and as Markdown (the links below point to the Markdown versions). All pages in one file: https://chartrider.com/llms-full.txt Paper trading uses play money only; nothing here is investment advice. Users' strategies, scripts and backtest results are private and not part of these docs. ## Start - [ChartRider documentation](https://chartrider.com/docs/index.html.md): Live crypto charts, paper trading with play money, competitions and strategy backtesting – how every part of ChartRider works. - [Getting started](https://chartrider.com/docs/getting-started/index.html.md): Your first minutes in ChartRider – the five-step tour, signing in with Google or as a guest, the dock with its function keys, and where to go next. ## Charts - [Charts](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/index.html.md): How the ChartRider chart is laid out and how you switch timeframes, zoom, pan, share the chart and export its data. - [Symbols and watchlist](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/symbols-and-watchlist/index.html.md): Find a market in the symbol table (F2), filter it by name, category or average daily volume, and star markets for the watchlist of your active strategy. - [Chart menu](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/chart-menu/index.html.md): Right-click the chart for a radial menu with trading, drawing, view and indicator actions at the price and time under the cursor. - [Drawing tools](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/drawing-tools/index.html.md): Place risk/reward boxes, measure moves and write text on the chart from the Draw group of the chart menu, and learn where your drawings are saved. - [Go to a date and time](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/go-to/index.html.md): Jump the chart to any date and time with Go to (Alt + G), with minute, hour or day precision depending on the timeframe, and back to the latest candle. - [Replay](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/replay/index.html.md): Replay a chart from any point in its history – the candles rebuild tick by tick in time-lapse, with pace and zoom that follow the action. - [Seconds chart](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/seconds-chart/index.html.md): A live chart of 1-second candles from the last three minutes, built from the trade feed and shown in the bottom-left corner of the chart. - [Legend, Key Metrics and HUDs](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/huds/index.html.md): The information on top of the chart – the legend at the top left, Key Metrics of a backtest at the top right, the HUD stack at the bottom left and the crosshair labels. - [Time zone](https://chartrider.com/docs/charts/time-zone/index.html.md): ChartRider shows all times in the time zone of your browser unless you choose another one in Settings → Display. ## Indicators - [Stochastic %D](https://chartrider.com/docs/indicators/stochastic-d/index.html.md): The %D line of the stochastic oscillator on its own: a moving average of where the close sits within the recent high-low range, from 0 to 100. - [Stochastic Momentum (SMI)](https://chartrider.com/docs/indicators/stochastic-momentum-index/index.html.md): Shows where the close sits relative to the midpoint of the previous candles' high-low range, in percent of that range, with automatic divergence lines. - [Trend Break Oscillator (TBO)](https://chartrider.com/docs/indicators/trend-break-oscillator/index.html.md): Oscillator in its own pane that shows how decisively a candle closes above the recent high or below the recent low, and stays at zero otherwise. - [Average True Range (ATR)](https://chartrider.com/docs/indicators/atr/index.html.md): Average True Range: a Wilder-smoothed average of each candle's true range, measuring volatility in price units. - [Average True Range Moving (ATRM)](https://chartrider.com/docs/indicators/atr-moving/index.html.md): ATR in percent of the close, rescaled to 0 to 1 over a rolling window: 1 is the highest relative volatility of the window, 0 the lowest. -
